However, we are not legally bound by such information, descriptions, or images as we cannot guarantee the accuracy of all goods we provide. You agree to purchase goods from our Site at your own risk.
We reserve the right to modify, reject or cancel your order whenever it becomes necessary. If we cancel your order and have already processed your payment, we will give you a refund equal to the amount you paid. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor your payment instrument to verify receipt of any refund.
Payments
We accept payment through Paypal, Western Union, Money Gram, credit and debit card. Please note that the buyer will pay the transfer fee and the local charge. Please contact us for more information.
Your credit card details are not stored by Hair All Yours. Payments will be made through PayPal, please also read their Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order. For the other option of payment, it can be arranged through: Western Union and MoneyGram. Please notice that all payment methods charge transaction fees. Any information collected through this mode of payment will be kept with strict confidentiality.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship between Monday through Friday. If you purchased a shipping method with insurance coverage, please contact us at hairallyours@gmail.com and we can look further into your order. If your package is lost in transit or not delivered for any reason and you do not have insurance, please contact FEDEX at +1 800 463 3339 and provide them with your tracking number.
We are not responsible for uninsured packages and not responsible for any carrier shipping disruptions that delay your delivery. If you desire to cancel your order due to a FEDEX shipping delay, you will be responsible for the shipping fees.

Refunds
Refunds for Goods
We accept refund requests for goods sold on our Site for any of the following reasons:
- Good is broken;
- Good does not match description;
- Good does not meet the purchase’s expectations.
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a refund and hair must be in its original state (no dyes, chemicals, unravelling, washing, cutting, tag removal, etc) as received. A 10% processing fee is deducted from approved refunds that have not yet shipped.
A 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs are deducted from approved refunds that have been shipped.
If your return qualifies, you will ship the returned items to us, we will inspect them, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment after we inspect the returned items. You are responsible for returned shipping costs unless the items you received were damaged or incorrect.
