REFUND POLICY

You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a refund and hair must be in it’s original state (no dyes, chemicals, unravelling, washing, cutting, tag remove, etc) as received. If you notice any problems upon receiving your order, please contact us immediately at hairallyours@gmail.com.

A 10% processing fee is deducted from approved refunds that have not yet shipped.

A 20% restocking fee plus shipping costs are deducted from approved refunds that have been shipped.

If your return qualifies, you will ship the returned items to us, we will inspect them, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment after we inspect the returned items. You are responsible for returned shipping costs unless the items you received were damaged or incorrect.
